Eligible students must attend a school served by EAOP and meet one of the following criteria:

Economically disadvantaged
Educationally disadvantaged
Minimum GPA:
7th Grade - 2.50
8th Grade - 2.50
9th Grade - 2.75
10th Grade - 3.00

EAOP enrolls current 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th graders.

To complete the application process be sure to print, sign and return to your school counselor the signature pages made available at the end of this application.
